Puppy Bohème tries to strive for the dispatch of orders received before kl. 17.00 will be sent the same day if the goods are in stock. Orders placed after kl. 17:00 will not be sent until the following day.
Puppy Bohème arranges delivery with Post Danmark, GLS or DAO (unless otherwise stated). Timely delivery, however, presupposes that our partner adheres to day-to-day delivery. If delays occur with the shipping partner, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date.
Puppy Bohème cannot be held responsible for delays with our shipping partners.
Delivery time is typically 1-5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product, if the item is in stock. Your total order will be shipped when all items in your order are in stock.
We deliver to all European countries.
For purchases from Puppy Bohème.dk, purchases from countries outside the EU will be subject to a customs fee, on the total invoice.
To have your item delivered, you must pay shipping. If you buy for more than DKK 499, shipping is free within the country's borders. The total shipping amount is calculated when you go to checkout.
WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
When you receive your order, we encourage you to review the package before acknowledging receipt. If the content is damaged, you must immediately object to your receipt by stating what is wrong. Failure to do so may void any liability for the transport damage.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Puppy Bohème provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects found during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during the usual inspection of the item must be notified to Puppy Bohème within a reasonable time.
If you make a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by agreement if necessary. credit or reduction in the price. In connection with complaint cases, Puppy Bohème bears return costs to a reasonable extent. When you return the item, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible. Feel free to send pictures of the reason for the complaint, to facilitate the expedition

Goods return also takes place to this address - note that we do not accept packages sent per. cash on delivery. The same applies to packages without delivery.
This is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if adequate information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which a refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.
Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging. The rules of the Purchase Act may apply to purchases of goods at Puppy Bohème.
F RIGHT OF CANCELLATION & CHANGEYou have a 14 day right of withdrawal when you shop at puppyboheme.com. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you a) received your item b) gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually. p>
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.

In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
When returning an item with a discount, you will only be refunded what you have paid for the item. An item purchased with a discount can therefore not be exchanged for another item where the same discount does not apply. The same applies to the return of an item purchased via. package solution, upon return of one or more products, all discounts will be waived.
To complain about your purchase, please contact email@example.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board at www.forbug.dk, the conditions for this are met.
You must send your order back to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
PRODUCT STAND WHEN YOU SEND IT RETURN
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
Items where the packaging is missing or damaged, and where this is a prerequisite for being able to resell the item, the item cannot be returned.
Please note that items must not have external odors / smells, such as perfume or smoke, in this case the item is not refundable, this is assessed solely by Puppy Bohème.
If Puppy Bohème rejects the refund of the product, it is possible, at its own expense, that Puppy Bohème returns the product to the stated address.
Returned goods must always be sent directly to Puppy Bohème´'s address and not to the post office or parcel shop.
REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we have been notified of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have previously provided proof of having returned it.
