It is mandatory for your dog to wear a dog tag from the age of 4 months. Our dog tags can be personalized with a name and phone number – and are also a nice accessory that matches the rest of the equipment.

Of course. You have 14 days to return your item, and we'll be happy to help you find the right size instead. Just send us an email – we'll make it quick and easy to exchange.

Our products are designed to fit dogs of many shapes and sizes – from the smallest puppies to the largest dogs.

If your inquiry concerns an exchange or return , we refer you to our terms and conditions , where you can read everything about the procedure for this.
Can't I call you?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to call us for help and advice. This is done in recognition that advice within accessories, and especially food and clothing, requires very high skills and ready knowledge from our customer service employees.
Via email and chat/messenger, we can offer a high level of service, where we can also link directly to products and instructions or, for example, the status of your shipment.
REPLACEMENT
If you want to exchange an item (e.g. a harness for a larger size), simply place a new order for the item you want instead on the webshop and write a note at checkout that you want to exchange an item. We will then send you a return label free of charge for the item you want to return. The new item will be sent immediately and we will refund the amount for the item you are returning when we have received it.

We do not cover return shipping outside Denmark for exchanges.
RETURN
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at puppyboheme.com. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you a) received your item b) received the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for several different items that are ordered in one order and are delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.

In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the goods.
You must return your order to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can purchase a return label here for 49 kr (this amount covers part of the amount we are charged by DAO for delivering the package to our returns warehouse) or choose your own shipping company to ship with.
Please note, however, that the return package must be sent to our address, as we are not able to pick up packages at post offices/parcel shops/local boxes, etc. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly.
Products cannot be returned if they:
1. Has been washed
2. Have been exposed to smoke
3. Has traces of dog hair
4. Generally do not appear as new
5. Original packaging missing
6. Price tags have been cut off
